Charleston Oncology is proud to welcome Dr. Michael C. Marte, a highly accomplished oncologist and hematologist, to our team. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Marte brings a wealth of expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cancers and blood disorders.
Dr. Marte completed his medical degree at the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. He further honed his skills through a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology.
Dr. Marte joins us from Wilmington, North Carolina, where he was affiliated with Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center. His compassionate approach and dedication to patient care have earned him recognition as a top-rated physician by his patients.
